Free shipping is currently available to all Metro area (excluding Tasmania and NT) addresses in Australia on orders over $99 – excluding all large goods ,heavy goods and E-bikes.
• Shipping to all other rural areas is not for free, surcharge will be apply
• Shipping to remote island locations can be calculated at checkout or contact us for an estimate
• Click and collect pickup options at our Sydney warehouse or Shop are always free for all products
Areas with shipping surcharge
Due to the high costs of postage and on-forwarding for large items to rural areas and remote island locations, however, these areas will incur a surcharge. The surcharge will be applied to your cart during the checkout process.
Estimated dispatch & shipping times
Orders for items that are currently in stock are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 working days (business days only). You’ll receive an email with tracking information once the order has been dispatched. Delivery times can vary depending on the size of the items ordered, with bulky goods taking longer than smaller items. Please note, some orders may be subject to a security check prior to being dispatched, which may cause a delay. The below delivery estimates are calculated from time of purchase:
Click & Collect – In-Warehouse or Shop pickup
Collection from our warehouse or one of our offline retailers is always free! When collected in our shop, your bike comes fully assembled by our experienced mechanic, adjusted and ready to go. Collection from our warehouse or one of our offline retailers is always free! When collected in warehouse, your bike comes with box, you may need to fully assemble your bike after you get back home.
Assembly
Remember that all of our e-bikes are shipped boxed, and 85% assembled. The final assembly required includes the installation of the handlebars, front wheel, pedals and saddle, adjusting the brakes and tuning the gears. We recommend that the assembly is done by an experienced mechanic or bring to your nearby local bike shop for assembling.
Delivery method
It’s always best to send to an address that always has someone in attendance, such as a business address. You may also want to give our courier ‘authority to leave’ instructions. Only give us ‘authority to leave’ if you’re confident that the delivery will be safe.
